Service Response Partners interview questions

Initial email contact, then phone interviews. They rushed me into the first phone interview, saying that training was to begin on the following Monday. I was fine with that. After passing the first round, a manager was supposed to contact me for rounds two and three. He missed both days he was supposed to call. finally, we were able to talk on Saturday night. I shouldn't have bothered after the initial rush then getting jerked around for three days. He seemed very disengaged and uninterested in me or my answers. At the beginning of the call, he told what basically boiled down to as "Well, with things being this close, we aren't sure we can fit you into the upcoming training class, and we can consider you for the next one. I just wanted to go ahead and speak with you anyway." Not his exact words, but the jist of it. I was polite and friendly, but was thinking, "Well if you hadn't jerked me around for three days, we wouldn't be having this issue, would we?" I got the feeling that he wasn't as impressed with me as the first manager was, and had been delaying and dragging his feet hoping another, better candidate would emerge.

It was very quick and efficient. We did a phone interview and then an online video interview. There was also some skills tests. We had a month training and then some more quizzes. After that there is a 3 month testing period and if it all goes well you can stay with the company.
