Unprofessional experience: No proper communication and response from HR. HR managing this role didn't bother to communicate the reason, even though she presented a timeline for when she would get back to me about the hiring manager interview; instead, they sent an auto-reject email.

Question 1
As it was a screening round, it was mostly around my experience, salary expectations, and details on the role.
I ended up interviewing with 2 people (not including the recruiter) and then had to give a presentation on a customer success story. Everything seemed to be going great, I had no indication that it wasn't. But then nothing but a "we went with another candidate", despite having been told there were multiple positions available, as well as continuing to see the same role listed for at least another month. When I asked for more information or at the very least feedback on why I wasn't the ideal candidate, I received no reply at all.

Question 1
Why did I feel like my background in various industries make me a fit?
I interviewed at ServiceChannel (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
A bit disappointed with the process. It took two months from application to receiving an official rejection. While I appreciated the feedback, I’m still unclear about what went wrong. Professional growth is difficult if employers don’t provide candidates with opportunities to learn and develop in areas where they may have gaps.
