I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceMac (Portland, OR) in Apr 2026
Interview
Initially it was easy. Very positive meeting with the recruiter, then a Teams video interview with the hiring managers. Again, positive though slightly surprised it was only a 30 minute interview for the career level. Follow up email sent same day, response 3 business days later saying I would hear in next few days for next steps. Sent follow up email a week later to recruiter with no response. Waited another week and sent follow up email to hiring managers with same result. Disappointing for a company of this stature to ghost candidates in this way.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ServiceMac (Arizona City, AZ) in Mar 2025
Interview
Overall the interview was laid back and very straight forward. No corporate psychology or situational questions. All questions were extremely job specific which let me know they were looking for the most experienced individual. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. The manager answered all my questions and provided next steps. It was a great experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ServiceMac (Fort Mill, SC)
Interview
The interview was efficient and conducted by the head of human resources at the time. He has since retired. I interviewed in person at the Fort Mill office. He was polite and punctual and answered all my questions thoughtfully.
