1) Applied via ServiceTitan's Career Portal on March 16th, 2016 (Wednesday).
2) Received confirmation email instantly and HR reached out a few hours later to schedule a phone screening.
3) Phone Screening was scheduled the following Monday on March 21st, 2016.
4) Phone Screening lasted approximately 15 min. and went over questions such as: Why ServiceTitan?; Give me a High-Level Run-Down of your career path; What do you do at your current position?; What is your salary expectation?
5) Phone Interview with one of the Senior Manager was instantly scheduled 1 day later on March 22nd, 2016.
6) Phone Interview lasted approximately 30 min. and covered similar questions during the Phone Screening but in more detail.
7) On-site Interview was scheduled the following week on Tuesday, March 29th, 2016, which was conducted by the phone interviewer (Senior Manager), Implementation Consultant, and the Director of Onboarding.
8) It was revealed during the Interview that it would require more than 25% Travel.
9) Received Rejection email 2 days later on Thursday, March 31st, 2016.
