I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Aug 2021
Interview
Pretty straightforward.
An initial phone interview with a recruiter to go over your qualifications. If you meet the requirements, they schedule an interview with two managers. (They're really easy to talk to.) They'll talk about what makes you a good fit, go over the basics on the job, followed by a mock cold call. If you have prior sales experience and the energy and good vibe, you're set. Afterwards you'll need to do a background check and if everything comes back good you get the job.
All the people you speak with are extremely friendly, and from the sound of it, they're dedicated to helping you grow and succeed.
Make sure you're open to feedback because throughout each round, they ask you how you feel about the critique they're giving you. (Truth be told, it's not bad critique, and if you take it, could potentially help not only in this field but overall any field)
Glad to be apart of the team

Question 1
Give us a time that you had to overcome a difficult experience? Give us a time that doesn't pertain to sales.
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Largo, FL) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was smooth and straight to the point. They didn't waste anytime telling me how things are done or answering any of the questions I had. Clearly very experienced and top notch experience.

Question 1
What did you identify in the months that you didn't hit quota as to why the goal were not met?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Jan 2022
Interview
It all started with a pleasant phone interview with a recruiter. Basic interview questions. He said "you're perfect for this role. We'll be in touch."
Next day I get another interview with a manager on the sales team. Have a great conversation. He says "I think you'd be a great fit." blah blah blah. Two days later I get a request for a video interview with two more sales managers. I was even sent the interview questions they would ask so I was very prepared. None of the questions were out of the ordinary. I was told that I'd be a great fit and they'd be in touch in the next two days. Had a great feeling after this interview. Then a week goes by, I follow up and am told "you're not what we're looking for." Despite the fact that I was interviewed three times.
They said they wanted someone who would listen to feedback and grow from it. So I asked if they could give me any feedback from the interview. They all ghosted me. No one ever replied.

(the weirdest one) Let's pretend you're working for a marketing firm. I come to you and say "I have a dinosaur egg and I want to get $1 million for it." What do you do/say next?
