I was contacted by a recruiter within the company, who arranged a phone interview. The phone interview was with an American, which went great! The next step was a video interview, this unfortunately was not so great. The video is with someone from India who has very poor English skills. He kept asking things like the lowest salary I'd be willing to work for, I gave him a number, and he asked if that was negotiable. I told him no and he became very belligerent.
