      Anonymous employee

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Servus Credit Union (Calgary, AB) in Mar 2021

      Interview

Very seamless, but still very much time-consuming. I had three online interviews for the same role, one written interview, and one facial interview. The company is detailed about what they want, but you must be very much customer-oriented to scale through the huddle. if you must move forward with the company recruiting process, you must be a member /customer focus.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe when you had to work with a team, and a team member was passive about contributing to the set task of the team, how did you resolve the issue.

Servus Credit Union has a responsibility to its member owners to provide sound financial advice. Although our screening process may be thorough it is to ensure we are taking the time to choose the right candidates and fulfill our commitment to members.

      Anonymous employee
      Calgary, AB
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Servus Credit Union (Calgary, AB) in Sept 2019

      Interview

Panel interview asking many scenarios based questions such as "tell me about a time when you had a problem with another staff member and how you went about resolving it" and "where do you see yourself in x years". My recommendation is to Google common interview questions and think about how you'd answer them to be better prepared for any interview.
