I applied online. I interviewed at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions
Interview
The interview process started off well. It was a long process of six interviews. As the process went on, communication dwindled. There became longer gaps between updates. I did reach the final round interview, where I was then ghosted. No rejection, nothing. It has been several months since the final round interview. I am fortunate that I had another great offer with a different company. Otherwise, this would’ve been very upsetting. The company should realize the amount of time and effort the interview process takes. Candidates invest preparation time, interview time and follow up. With this, I probably spend upwards of 8 hours dedicated to their process, only to be ghosted.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we apologize if your experience did not meet your expectations. The interview process is a crucial part of the candidate journey, and we strive to provide a positive and respectful environment for all applicants. Your insights are invaluable to us, and we are continuously reviewing our processes to identify areas for improvement.
The interview process consisted of three rounds of virtual interviews. I was asked about work history, experience, education and other qualifications. Multiple scenarios represented to me to see how I would respond in a project management sense.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions (Downers Grove, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
First interview was by phone to get a sense of who I was and who the hiring manager was and what they're looking for with an additional body to assist the company. The next interview was in-person with more staff from the department in one room to thoroughly vet candidates with further questions about general customer service, past technical experience, and willingness to work with a team. They would then transition to more pointed questions where they would give a scenario and see how you would approach troubleshooting with a non-technical savvy user or how you would talk to them if the issue seemed to be a fairly easy fix or if it is a harder fix and you got stuck not knowing the answer right away.
