3 rounds of Skype/telephonic discussion. Not even a single technical interview asked in any of the rounds, which was a bit surprising. When I asked from the interviewers about how the selection procedure was, they said that there is no such structure for that. Depending on the performance of the candidate it changes. The interviewer also told me that firing is pretty common in the organization as they are in early phase. Till now I have not received the feedback for the 3rd round, and yes in this round, the interviewer seemed to have taken my interview while driving...:) I would suggest not to waste your time with this organization.
