I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Seven Peaks (Provo, UT) in Apr 2016
Interview
You get there, you meet the manager, you get to know them, then you are asked basic behavioral questions from a piece of paper. You really need to fit the culture and not say anything stupid. In reality, if they are desperate for workers, which they usually are, they will hire you if you can breath. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY SAY AT THE END OF THE INTERVIEW. THE DISCLAIMER NEEDS TO KNOWN ASAP.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Seven Peaks (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2012
Interview
Quick and painless. Interviewed as a group. Lots of different interviews going on at the same time. Probably wont get the same question has the person next to you. Also only answered two questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seven Peaks (Orem, UT) in Feb 2014
Interview
Fairly responsive on interview process. Applied online and received an email about an interview. Interviewed with the Director of Operations and the two general managers over both Provo and Salt Lake water parks. After a couple of days, received a phone call with a formal job offer. The pay was less than what was expected but accepted the job.
