Interview
Initial screen with Managing Director (not planned ahead of time, called out of the blue) and scheduled the same week for the in person panel interview. First round was with Managing Director and Account Manager, then second round was with industrial design team. Not hard at all. The job description said knowing Chinese was a preferred qualification but they made it seem like in the interview that it was a hard requirement. They ended up ghosting me after I followed up. Very unprofessional and not the ending I had hoped for after driving nearly 2 hours to see them.

Talks about my background and what how I see myself in 5-10 years. I tried to say I want their job as a joke, sort of work but not for one of them. There were two people interviewed me and both of them were very pleasant.

Took one week to get face to face interview to hire manager and an assignment leave for review . He asked very typical question then I starting show my portfolio he starting looked away not paying attention. afterward i gave him the assignment for review he took away not event take a look and not even say thank you. VERY VERY RUDE.....!!
