Meeting in store with owner and manager. Talked about work experience, background, expected salary, company culture, goals for this position, benefits for employees, and so on. Also reviewed together the sewing sample pieces to evaluate my sewing skill level and pattern skill level. Decided on hiring you or not on-site and emailed an offer in email with a salary for you to think about and decide.
