Very efficient. I received a call from Kevin withing the agreed upon time frame. His questions were direct, and efficient. He didn't ask the typical "so tell me about a time that you..." - which are easy to BS your way through. I really appreciated that he wanted to see where my mind was at and how my brain functions (I'm a Neuropsychology/Cognitive Psychology major). I could hear him take notes (via computer keystrokes) which told he he was actually on point and paying attention to what I was saying.
