I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shane English School (Ningbo) in Aug 2013
Interview
An initial interview with the recruiter over a number of emails and phone calls over the course of 3 months, then 3 Skype interviews with the school and various telephone calls- I thought it was really good and went very well and they offered me the job, but basically required an immediate response which entailed me dropping everything I was doing and flying over straight away. The western manager seemed great and we clicked, it wasn't until I came over that I realized I had been misled in more ways than one and made the biggest mistake of my career. The recruiter also assured me that it was an excellent place to work, and he apologized to me within a few weeks.
The interview process is a 3 step,
The introduction: Professional and personal information.
Mid: Introduction to teaching role, why career choice etc
End: How will you add to the company's identity
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shane English School (Midrand) in Apr 2015
Interview
