Shanghai Mutong Technology interview questions

I interviewed twice for different roles at this company. The questions ranged from generic to unrealistic scenarios that were difficult to answer on the spot. The interviewers appeared disengaged and the overall tone felt unprofessional. Candidates are told HR will follow up, but I never received any response after either interview. The interviewers also referenced internal organizational issues and described them as part of the company’s culture. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Many rounds and challenging. Might be in chinese, it will be a plus. Data driven. Multiple rounds with different levels and teams. Comes with a few assessments as well. Overall smooth and fast
