Skype interview around 30 minutes. Questions included those relating to experience working with children, previous jobs, situational judgement questions, motivations and hopes for job. Interview style was fairly informal and relaxed. Wore smart clothes for interview.

The process was simple and easy. I was recruited and completed an interview over Skype. It was a very casual interview where the focus seemed to be more on assessing my English proficiency and determining whether I had an accent as opposed to my ability to teach.
