Turned in my application at the store. Then we got a call for an in person interview, alongside one more candidate. We just talked outside the store and he asked a couple questions and we just answered.
The interview process was brief - there was an initial 20-minute interview with the store manager. They asked behavioural questions and explored my prior work experiences. Then, they asked to do an interview assessing my hard skills - e.g. they trained me, and then assessed my performance.

Please describe your previous work experiences and how does it relate to this position?
It was pretty easy and straightforward. I got hired on the spot with little experience. They asked about previous experiences but you don't really need any, just be yourself and you will be fine.
