The interview process was very smooth, thorough and human, from the really beginning all the way to the offer stage. Round 1 : A call with the HRVP to validate the fit, my interests and motivations as well as my career path. Round 2 : An interview with the HRVP and the HRBP to go more in depth in my experiences, achievements, learning experiences and career goals. Round 3 : A technical interview with the TA Lead to go over my TA skills. Round 4 : An interview with 2 stakeholder to go over the challenges they are facing with TA. The people I have met throughout the process is one of the major I decided to take the job. Only smart, caring and nice people!
