Interview
HR is pretty unorganized. I was scheduled for a second-round call with the hiring manager even though I had already spoken with him. I went through to the final round for the position meeting with 4 people and ultimately got ghosted by HR who could not even take a moment to respond with some canned response of "Thank you for applying. We went with another candidate." This only goes to show that you probably don't want to work here.

People seemed pretty candid about how disorganized things are with fire drills, the poor Glassdoor reviews, and really focused on asking behavioral questions on how you deal with those types of scenarios.

Interview
Chaotic. There did not seem to be clarity on the role or expectations for the job. Interviewers showed up late and poorly prepared. You could tell that the company was in change mode but unclear of where they were headed.
