Phone call at first with a recruiter which isn't too bad. They ask a few questions regarding your work experience and some questions regarding why you left and so on. If you pass that you will get an email to do a video interview where they will ask more in depth questions regarding work situations. Overall not bad pretty straight forward and easy.

Interview
Since I was hired at a job fair, my interview process was very long and drawn out. First we all showed up at some event hall and waited for our names to be called. Afterwards we moved into a large room where they had several interviewers lining the walls and we all sat down at an interviewer who checked our work history if I remember correctly. Next if accepted we went into the next room to interview with another person who asked a few questions to get a feel for us. Heard back from them a couple weeks later that I could go to the next stage of the interview. I went to the Shaw plant and they had me lift some of the hard flooring boxes which range from 30 - 90 lbs generally. Then she told me how to climb on and off a lift truck and watched me do it to make sure I knew how to take directions. Afterwards we were given a tour of the plant and sent home. The whole time I was totally unsure if I had a job or not. Finally they called to set up my drug test and vision test day and about a month later I was told when my orientation date was, which was supposed to be about 2 weeks after that. I showed up on orientation day only to find out I couldn't start until a week later. So eventually I was able to go to orientation and then head over to the plant for training.
