Shaw Trust interview questions

I had to prepare and deliver a presentation focussed on a potential service user, considering the first 30 days on the IPS program and based on the fidelity model. The interview also included questions that were competency based.

Group interview session whereby you complete a 3 hour session consisting of an activity, a 10-min presentation and a solo interview with 2 panel members. After this, I heard back about the outcome within 2 business days.
