You fill out an application in store, and if you don't hear back from the HR manager within 3-4 days you should call to follow up. The interview was very basic, just your standard questions- are you good with customers, do you place value in being punctual, etc. After the initial interview you should find out if you got the job in about 1 week. There is a basic orientation course, followed by a period of shadowing another employee.
