Interview
They call to make a time good for interviewing and ask some basic questions. Not professional attire. Just nice clothes. Keep eye contact. Managers and assitant managers have always been super friendly and they offer free fountain drink or coffee while they prepare your file.
I spent over 2 hours between two interviews and I was told I would hear back by a certain day to offer me the position, or to let me know it has been filled. On the day I was supposed to hear back from them, they sent me a message saying I needed to have a third interview. I was very disappointed and by the time it came for my third interview, I had already accepted another position with a different company.

They asked me a lot of questions, from experience to situational. I also had to take a personality test.

Interview
fast and easy, paperwork was ok. quiz was easy as well. They test you on common sense stuff, its more like a short common knowledge quiz about customer service, etc.
