Shepherd and Wedderburn interview questions

Inefficient communication. Interview itself was well organised and covered various topic. However, communication between stages was very slow and often included wrong information. I appreciated the time and preparation the interview process takes, but it would have been nice to have more attentiveness.

It was a two stage interview process, the first interview was conducted remotely and the second was in person in the Edinburgh office with two employees. The team seemed friendly and was a nice experience. Knowing there were only a couple of candidates getting interviewed in the second stage, I would of expected the courtesy of being told they went with the other candidate, this did not happen.
