Asked if I was comfortable being charge nurse. Advised that I will have 11 patients. Also advised that I may have to float to another unit. Advertised Day shift but she stated that she needs a night shift nurse.

They asked if I was comfortable floating to other units.
Very unorganized I had to come back because the person that was interviewing me had called out and no one was available to interview me. Left waiting in waiting room for over an hour without anyone saying hello
