Phone Interview, in person interview, then a online test, which is difficult but not that hard. I heard that some guys didn't have to take that test. then about a week later I was made an offer.

Interview
Two Phone interviews, both pretty casual. Asked a few basic questions about my experience, and what I like doing. Then they flew me out to the office, and I spoke to the regional manager. Turns out, I was already hired at this point, and was just waiting on the paperwork.
