Received an invite to an HR screening call about 2 weeks after applying, along with a link to a coding challenge. The interviewer was 10 minutes late to the call, then with barely an apology, read straight down the job req and asked to confirm each bullet point matched my experience. No indication my resume had been as much as glanced at. I was then asked about salary. The req had a huge range (over 100k difference between floor and ceiling), which my interviewer told me was in the process of being lowered(??). I started my starting point was slightly above the mid point of the range, at which time I was told that was a non-starter and the call ended. Overall, super disorganized and unprofessional - a total waste of time. Be there when you say you will and don't list a salary range of which you're unwilling to pay even the mid point.

Online assessment. Poorly written practical Angular code. The position was Angular 16+ but the complier for the practical questions didn't like some of the Angular 16+ syntax it was mostly Angular 2 syntax. Also put in an application 3 weeks before being invited to take the skills test. After 24 hours of not taking the skills test I was emailed and asked why I hadn't completed the skills test.
