Interview
I applied online and a few weeks later was contacted by HR wanting to set up a phone interview with me. The phone interview was scheduled for a Monday and at the end I was scheduled for an interview with the District Manager for the Thursday. Then I was sent info for my second interview which took place at a store where I had to bring pre-printed questions and just really get a feel for the environment. The second interview was interesting because the store manager had just gotten promoted to the position a few weeks prior and could not answer the questions, but he did manage to get through the package. That interview was more like a conversation and lasted over an hour and a half but that can really depend on how many questions you have and how thorough the manager's answers are. The third and final interview was also a wonderful experience where it felt like a fluid conversation rather than an interview. This interview lasted more than an hour, but once again it would depend on what you have to say. I got told to expect an official offer the next week at the end of the third interview. My situation was abnormal though because normally it can take up to two weeks to schedule an interview with the District manager but it took from Monday to Thursday to do all three interviews in my case.

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
