Applied online, was then contacted by two workers in the Maryland branch--proceeded with two phone interviews. They asked me more about the projects I worked on during my undergraduate curriculum and how those experiences could be applied to their company.
A phone screening process then an interview with HR and direct supervisor. Phone interview has some basic STAR questions followed by a deeper dive into your resume during the second interview.

Tell me a time when you had to work through a team challenge?
The company was at the college career fair and I gave the resume at the booth. The company immediately reached out to have an interview in person. I had an In person interview within the same day.

Interview
A 15 minute screening interview flow by a 45 minute interview. Second interview was with engineers in the company. It was a regular interview though scheduling it was a long and tedious mess.
