I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied and did not hear anything for over 2 months. I received an email from a coordinator with their backstory and history within the company. I had a phone interview with the coordinator. She set me up for a call back from the District Manager and sent me another email explaining the process and what to expect/what to wear and bring. As this is an entry level recent college graduate program, that may seem helpful to others. When meeting with the DM, he assumed that I would not be a good candidate based on my previous work history. He did call me back and gave me feedback on my interview.

Question 1
If you saw an employee pocket money from the cash register, how would you proceed?
How would you handle time management with a long term account and a short term account competing for a time slot? The long term account has an emergency and needs immediate help otherwise the contractor will have problems finishing the job. The short term account has finally accepted a phone call and set an appointment time to visit with you, it is the only time that works for them and it has been known for weeks. How do you proceed?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Glen Burnie, MD) in Aug 2021
Interview
Extremely long interview process. Sat there for 3 hours listening to someone talk. Felt like a huge waste of time. Called like five people for me to ask questions. Very awkward. Felt like I was being held hostage.
