I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Greeted by two professional employees who conducted the interview in an office. The individuals questioned my about everything a common interview would involve, especially in regards to my background and experience. They had my resume already, but I did offer them one. We conducted the interview over a desk and one individual was across me from the desk, whereas the other was on the other side of the desk to the left next to a computer screen.
Smooth process. Both HR and Hiring Manager are professionals. Standard working hours from 8 to 5 daily. Can get 2 days wfh. Still in hybrid mode. Company has around 100 staffs in KL office. Also has regional offices
2-3 rounds. Described everything in detail, did so much research but got rejected without even giving me any reason. You cant just send an automated rejection to a candidate on a saturday morning at 8 am when you have done 3 rounds with them
