Multi-faceted. There was a phone interview, followed by a store walk through, then another phone follow up. If all went well then a formal interview was conducted. There were mostly situational questions asked in all interviews, while also walking through your resume.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
