Submitted an online application. Waited awhile, then had an interview. The interview was good. No major complaints. Interviewer was nice, helpful, and was interested in me as a candidate. Sherwin Williams is a Great Company, and I wish I would have accepted.

Discussed potential internship over the phone. After clearing through that stage was brought in for an in person interview at their corporate office in Cleveland, Ohio. Overall, interview was relaxed with some challenging questions.

Interview
First interview was a phone interview that basically went over your resume. Second interview was held at the headquarters in Strongsville which was more behavioral based Questions. The second interview is normally with one of the district managers and as long as you don't show any red flags you should be ok. In addition, if you do accept this position make sure to do research on Sherwin Williams products before the internship starts, this will make the transition for your internship so much easier.
