I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwood Bedding (Shoemakersville, PA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Super easy. I was interviewed first by the Office Manager and then by the Director Managers. They mostly described what they needed and saw in my resume that I have the experience to do it.

Question 1
They asked me about my general experience and what I did in my previous jobs.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwood Bedding (Walton, KY) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was the most disorganized interview process I have ever been through. The employees I met were all wonderful but the HR rep was all over the place, even texting me as late as 10pm to see if I would be available the next day. She would tell me an interview would be virtual then send me an invite to be onsite within two hours, of course I made it work because I wanted the job! The final straw for me was when she told me my final interview would be "quick and informal" but it was anything but. I was totally unprepared. Still, I got the offer and when I tried to negotiate PTO as well as let them know I had 3 days I needed off in the first 90 days already planned (my kids baseball tournaments out of town) they decided to rescind my offer. I would wait days in between communication, and she never once responded to an email thanking people for their time and asking what the next steps would be. I had a bad vibe from the get-go because of this woman but trusted that once I got in it would be better. Management needs to find a new recruiter/HR rep. People negotiate offers. Especially people that are college educated and experienced professionals. It's part of the game. I told them in my interview that work-life balance was important and they agreed that it was to them as well....well I am pretty sure this situation proved them to be liars. I was excited about this opportunity but am so glad I dodged this bullet.

Question 1
See above. It just depends on who you meet with. I had two interviews last less than 20 minutes. Then one where I was asked every standard interview question under the sun.
