Interview
Consisted of sitting at a computer for a little over an hour taking data entry assessment test as well as mock calls. Two interviews. Interview with hiring manager, then a group interview with 3 call center supervisor/managers.

Question 1
They ask typical interview questions. They asked if I was ok taking Spanish calls since my resume shows that I speak both Spanish and English. When I asked if they would give any additional pay for taking additional calls that are non-English they said no. $19/hour to start for the amount of calls and overall metric goals they require is a joke.
Didn’t have to wait long for start of interview. Head of HR is also part owner and made it clear this role would be micromanaged. Didn’t seem open to new ideas.

Interview
After a screening interview, I met with the CHRO who came across as a micromanager who was only interested in an administrator who would not bring new ideas. After sharing some prior accomplishments, CHRO made a point to say they don't need any of that there. Left knowing I wouldn't be considered as I am way too engaged for the CHRO. Unfortunately for the company, CHRO is also an owner.
