The interview process was refreshingly straightforward and engaging. First Interview - Phone Screen with Recruiter Second Interview - With Hiring Manager and Director During the first interview, the screener is trying to assess if you are qualified and what your interest is. The second interview, you will discuss your past work experience/projects and answer a variety of questions related to team collaboration and project management.
