Wanted a video interview - their online video site didn't work and phone calls did not come through. They did not follow up with an email or anything. The entire process was a waste of time and unprofessional.

Interview
All pretty standard stuff. They can do a better job of sharing details around the jobs. I don't think some of the team even knew what the interview was for or they just don't agree on the role. They never called or emailed to say they went with someone else which suggests that they don't value common courtesy or process.
