Shiftsmart interview questions

One preliminary interview with hiring manager, one with team lead, then data case analysis focused on highlighting issues, followed with two final interviews with C-suite. Overall pretty straightforward but somewhat exhaustive for entry level role.

Started with a screening call. Then moved to a second round behavioral with the HM. Process moved pretty quickly and communication with HR was good. That was the ONLY redeeming aspect. I should've listened to these reviews. My HM interviewer was late, dialed in from his phone in a loud restaurant, and was seemingly totally disinterested. Super disheartening as the recruiter reached out to me not the other way around, and I prepared well. I cut off the process there and let them know my feedback. Just a ridiculous showing. I have a current job that I like but was just curious - no idea why you'd target people and give them that experience.
