Shimadzu Scientific Instruments Technical Support Scientist interview questions

1. Phone Screen (~10 technical questions). 2. Video interview with manager (kinda general). 3. Panel Interview + presentation at regional office. All higher level people, almost all technical questions, except for a couple soft-ball customer service questions. 4. Panel Interview + same presentation at corporate office (Columbia, MD), product managers, all technical questions. Process took ~2 months. All travel + accommodations paid by company.
