the interview consist of 2 steps,
personality interview and hard-skill test.
overall, i feels that the test are very objective.
HR Team and Lead 3D Artist present at the personality interview, and giving appropriate questions.
For the hard-skill test, it is done to see wether i qualified their standards quality, or if i able to match their art style
