Interview consisted of 4 stages spread over a 2-week period, Overall the interview process was outstanding, every round of interview was followed by a recruiter call. It was one of the best I've experienced.
My interview experience with ShipBob was genuinely positive. I went through four rounds of interviews — the first one with HR, followed by three rounds with senior managers. Each round was well-structured, and the interviewers were warm, respectful, and professional throughout.
One thing that stood out was how transparent and communicative the HR team was. I received timely updates after every round, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. During one of the rounds, even though I wasn't selected at that stage, they still took the time to show me how the work is done — which really reflects their supportive and respectful approach.
The overall vibe made me feel like I was stepping into something meaningful. The team, the work culture, and the level of knowledge shared gave me a sense of long-term growth and belonging. I’m super excited about what’s ahead and grateful for such a great start.
