Meet with HR and Manager prior. The first interview was decent yet I felt completely overdressed. I have always lived by the words " Dress to Impress", which I thought most companies do. Evidentally this company does not. One of the interviewers were way underdressed (clothes you would wear working in your garage or doing yard work) for an interview and I felt like they were upset I came in slacks and dress shirt. Like a normal person trying to get a job.
