I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ShippingEasy (Austin, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I found the listing for the position on a job site and emailed their HR/Recruiter. Had a reply within a couple days. They then, had me me come in shortly there after for an on site interview with their Head of BD. After that, I came in once more for an on site with their Head of Development. Both interviews where supposed to be only 30 minutes but a refreshing conversation quickly turned that into an hour.
First interview was simply to comb through my resume and judge my fit in the company, goals, etc. Second was to has out technical abilities and past projects. After second interview had a data test to complete. Nothing to hard.
All in all a very nice and streamlined interview - seemed like if they liked you, they are going to work closely with you through out the process and try to get you in the door(competitive in their offers). It felt very welcoming and got me even more excited about moving forward with the company. Can tell there is a lot of great management who cares about their employees and the health of the company.
