I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Shofur (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview process was rather unconventional but the best one I've had so far. They first had a call with me and asked me about myself and experience. Then it got more technical. Lastly I was brought in person twice and finally received an offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Shofur (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
It was through a recruiter and simple, no phone call but a face to face to start. From the get go it was weird...the office wasn’t decorated and they had boxes and post it notes everywhere. I was told to wait in a conference room and the interview started 10 minutes late. The interviewer (President I think) was dry, and short, and didn’t give and take with anything. He asked me to do a quick math problem involving busses and money then we finished and I never heard back. It felt like interviewing for a job within an organized crime org and you immediately felt judged the second you walked in. Everyone who left the office to go to the bathroom I assume, which was outside the office doors, all looked over and sent a cracked smile my way. It was the weirdest interview I’ve ever been on.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Shofur (New Haven, CT) in Apr 2015
Interview
The process of being interviewed was a fairly easy process. I was called in for an interview. We talked about what I was interested in and where I saw myself in the next couple of years. We talked about my experience and my weaknesses.
