3-4 stages, meet a good mix of the team and everyone is very open and honest. Cultural interview is usually last. Use a recruitment agency who prep you for the Interview well and give you context to the changes that have been made over the years
Met the VP and hiring manager then. Had a good understanding of the new start-up then. Explained my strength and what I can bring to the team. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
I only made it to the phone screening. The next stages would be a test and another interview. Make sure to talk about your hobbies and interests as that is valued. I was given detailed feedback too!
