Interviews were really easy. Most of the time interviewer joined late and i felt 2/3 time, interviewer was unprepared for interview. Multiple red flags: 1. Interviewer postpone multiple times due to prod issue. Seems like the system is burning. 2. One of the engineering manager told me, they are moving from react to loveable. I am not a frontend guy, but i think no serious project will go from react to vibe coding platform. 3. No hiring manager round, I was asked DSA in last round, that’s it. Never interviewed in service based orgs, but i think interview standards were lowest compared to all other places i interviewed at. 4. Surprisingly, at this org, Junior engineer ask you about past project and director and above ask you DSA question. I see big red flags, hence didn’t continue.
