four rounds of interview started with hr screening, then interview w manager interview with director, and interview with head of the department mainly interview, no case studies and overall okay. hr nice to prep you with what to expect

Super long process. First hiring manager said they liked my attitude and personality but they weren't sure if I would fit for the job skill-wise (I was more creative than analytical and they needed someone confident with data/numbers) so they endorsed me to a different manager. I thought I would immediately meet with the new manager but they made me go through the whole process again. I met with another recruiter, took another exam, interviewed with a supervisor I think? then got set up another interview with the actual manager. All in all I took two tests and had five interviews. I agreed to all of those because the first hiring manager made it sound like I'm basically in and that I just needed to interview for formality but in the end I didn't get the role. The only good thing is that they give updates all throughout the process.
