Interview
First round was phone interview with HR person who will mainly ask you about your past job experiences, tell you more about the role you are applying for to see if you are a good fit. Second round was with your hiring manager / direct supervisor.
Behavioural interview with HR. Not too hard, but prepare for answers in English. The interview is conducted fully in English. The HRBP is friendly and nice, but is in a rush towards the end.
The initial interview process was really all about HR asking questions to know more about the applicant. The usual tell me about yourself and what makes you fit for this role questions came up.
The whole process takes around 2 weeks, starts with HR screening call, then a case study exam, followed by 2 more online interviews. Managed to proceed to the first online interview before being GHOSTED lol. The interviewer is unprofessional and you can genuinely tell they don’t wanna be there. Also, be careful of the “tips” the recruiter sent to you prior to the interview as it can be misleading and doesn’t reflect the interview process. Overall is a waste of time for the applicants.
