Got a call from HR regarding the role. An email was sent to me with relevant information about the role and asked to set a date for a HR screening phone interview to get to know my background and expectations better. During the phone interview, HR also gave some tips about how the actual interview with senior members of the QA team would go about. Online Remote Test was next - algorithms, test cases and coding. Relatively easy. 2 interviews on the same day, but 2nd interview only happens if you passed the 1st interview. The day before the interviews, HR called to run through how the interview will go about, and again gave more tips for the interview. Was told that 1st interview was more technical, while 2nd interview was more on behavioural questions. HR was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Whole process was supposed to be 2 weeks long.

It was rather easy as the questions set out just requires some imagination to solve test questions. It's about a lift problem. How can one optimize it to improve the idea of having a optimized lift.
