1st HR round, followed by 2nd round with Technical Team/Manager.
After which, you face a third round is for assignment/test and concluding with culture fit.
A rather lengthy process nonetheless.

Fui abordada pela Shopee para uma vaga, fiz todo o processo seletivo, montei um material incrível (que me foi solicitado), cheguei até a entrevista com os gestores. Tudo deu a entender que eu seria contratada, porém o processo se estendeu por mais de 3 meses, pra depois me falarem que a vaga havia sido cancelada. Fiquei realmente triste e frustrada. Sinto que poderiam ter me falado isso antes, e não alimentar uma expectativa por meses, pois nesse período ainda me davam feedback que a vaga estava demorando mais que o normal, mas que eu seria contatada.
Normal and straightforward good and easy, ask simple questions, easy to answer. Interviewer looking at skills questions. Don’t be afraid. Go to the interview early don’t be late. Multiple interviewers
overall is a smooth and positive process.
respond is fast as well, they will let u know if you will get into the next round within a week.
interviewer is friendly. they will ask for your degree / diploma school result as well.
